The PICKY app is food delivery platform which allows you to place flexible subscription and scheduled orders. We have partnered with some of the best meal plan providers in UAE and would continue to provide you with the best quality and value.

The model of Scheduled and subscription orders are the new ethical option for food delivery. We call ourselves sustainable not only because we work towards reducing the use of plastic, carbon emissions, food and resources waste.

Our model is sustainable because:

See which providers deliver to your area, pick a plan and customise your subscription by picking the days and meals from the calendar.

If you have any questions regarding the meals or want to customise your order you can always leave a delivery note or directly chat with your provider through the live chat in their profile page.

Every provider has cut-off time for placing your orders. This will be clearly specified in their Profile Information and in the Menu details. We also recommend that you choose the subscription option for peace of mind. In that way, you’ll never have to worry about missing the deadline for ordering.

Go to Side Bar – My Orders and you will be able to see all your active plans and orders, click Edit and the available options will appear, such as Cancel Order, Pause or Replace a meal.

Unfortunately every provider has different order and delivery conditions, we would advise you to check their profile details through the arow next to the Provider’s name.

Absolutely, yes! The PICKY App allows you to see what’s included in the menu from each of the providers we work with. Furthermore, you can keep up to date with this information by checking the Calendar

If you are a customer who has some questions or want to get in touch with the food provider we offer a customer service support chat for you to communicate through at any time.

If you have any issues with the quality and quantity of the food you ordered or anything else to do with the service you received please contact us immediately. We definitely want to hear about it if that is the case drop us an email info@thepickyapp.com so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
